Niagara County lawmakers
have given the green light to a $30,000 dollar pay raise for county deputy district attorney Theodore Brenner. Brenner has been performing the duties as county D.A. since the position was vacated by Michael Violante back in March. On April 1st the county District Attorney position salary was raised to $183,000 dollars from $152,000 by state law and due to salary increases for county court judges. Brenner will now get the new salary for the remainder of the vacancy.
