When you hear an item you want, call 433-1433. Tell the host that you are a new listener, what item you want and give them your first name. We will assign you a number on Monday morning. When you pick up your certificate, you will receive your card and number which can be used on future purchases.

Dear Super Dial-A-Deal customer,
We value you as a WLVL listener. To make Dial-A-Deal more beneficial for you and our advertisers, we ask that you please read and adhere to the following guidelines:
All Dial-a-Deal certificates purchased on Saturday must be picked up by 3pm the following Friday. Office hours are Monday, Noon to 5 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday 9 am to 3 pm. Cash, personal checks or credit cards are acceptable. If your purchase is put on a credit card, the charge on your statement will be from Culver Communications and your certificates will be mailed to you.
If you prefer to mail your payment, it must be received by WLVL no later than Friday morning. Please make your check payable to WLVL and mail to: Super Dial-A-Deal, PO Box 477 Lockport, New York 14095. (There is a $15.00 charge for each check returned for insufficient funds.)
You will not be reissued a new certificate or given a refund if your certificate becomes lost. Dial-A-Deal Certificates are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise specified, and entitle you only to the specific item(s) stated on the certificates. Substitutions are not allowed. No refunds or exchanges will be given on any expired certificates and we are not able to extend any expiration date. If a certificate does not work, and it has not expired, we will exchange it for another certificate in the amount for which you paid for it.
Please purchase only one certificate per advertiser, per shopper, per household. Our hosts will state if you may purchase multiples of a certain item.
When using a certificate at a restaurant/business where tipping is appropriate, please make sure that you leave a tip! The standard minimum is 15% of the total bill before the Dial-A-Deal deduction. You must pay all applicable sales tax. No change will be given if you fail to use the entire amount of the certificate. Remember to present your Dial-A-Deal certificate when ordering and use only one certificate per table at a time. Dial-A-Deal certificates may not be used with any other coupons or discounts.
Our sales staff will be happy to answer any questions you have about the certificates you have purchased by calling the business office Monday-Friday between 9 am and 5 pm at 433-5944. We ask that you refrain from calling our Dial-a-Deal show on Saturday, because our hosts will be unable to answer your questions at that time. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
