Catholic Health is making a major investment in Niagara County.  Officials are unveiling plans for a new $37 million dollar health facility to replace Eastern Niagara Hospital. Catholic Health CEO Mark Sullivan says it’ll be located in, or around, the Town of Lockport.

The state Thruway Authority begins public hearings today on a proposed toll hike for the Thruway. The proposed plan would increase tolls 30% for drivers who don't have E-ZPass by January 1st, 2021.
