Moteiff Wafer-Collins, 21, shot and killed 19-year-old Donovan Miller on the 100 block of Laird Avenue on Oct. 5, 2021. Wafer-Collins was 16 at the time of the killing.Two people, an 83-year-old man and a 73-year-old woman, killed in a rollover crash on Ridge Road in Lockport on Wednesday night have been identified.
