A Venezuelan citizen was sentenced to time served, ordered to pay restitution, and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement after stealing nearly $300,000 from four ATMs — including one in Kenmore. A report issued by New York State comptroller Thomas DiNapoli has pegged Buffalo’s budget deficit at a total of $103 million. The figure, released Friday, is slightly less than Mayor Sean Ryan’s $109 million projection.It has been more than three months since Candlelight Cabinetry in Lockport furloughed its employees, leaving them unpaid and orders unfulfilled.
