Cody Pangrazio and his friend Aiden Downs were fishing near the waterfall by the courthouse when Cody cast a topwater spook lure and watched the pike come up and slam it. "I saw this monster pike swim up and slam it," Cody said. He estimated the fish at around 36 inches.
