The City of Buffalo said Monday it has received 286 flood related ‘311’ reports but emphasizes that only represents reported damage from last weeks flooding event. According to Buffalo Police Benevolent Association President John Davidson, at times over the weekend the rank and file officers were overwhelmed with chaotic scenes throughout the city.The University at Buffalo has introduced a proposal to install flock cameras on its campuses.
