Gov. Kathy Hochul said work is now underway on a $64 million project to repair pavement along a busy stretch of the thruway in Erie County. The project covers six and a half miles of Interstate 90 between the I-290 and I-190.Nearly 13,000 speeding violations were recorded by automated cameras in an active New York State Thruway construction zone on I-90 in Erie County.
