A Niagara Falls man has admitted to killing a woman in an e-bike hit-and-run in August 2024, the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office said. Antoine Bones, 41, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter. Families of those who have run afoul of the law and may be incarcerated waiting trial should be aware of a scam that is attempting to get them to pay for pretrial services, according to the Niagara County Probation Department. This scam has been attempted in Niagara County, as well as surrounding counties.
