A man is dead after a shooting on Bailey Avenue early Friday morning, according to Buffalo Police.Officers responded to the shooting call in the 2800 block of Bailey Avenue around 3 a.m.Authorities have identified a Lockport man killed in a motorcycle crash this week. The victim has been identified as Matthew J. Lauer, 21, who was pronounced dead at the scene. While there are no confirmed cases of measles in Niagara County, the health department is monitoring the situation around a confirmed case in Erie County. Several members of the Buffalo Arts Commission have tendered their resignation with the Ryan administration.The Buffalo Bills will officially open their new home on June 23rd.
