The Niagara County Health Department has confirmed another case of rabies involving bats and a dog. This case happened near the city of North Tonawanda on August 20.The Lackawanna City School District is pushing back the first day of school for students by almost a week. Police said a man, identified as Luis Alberto Hernandez, was involved in an argument with a woman in a Walmart parking lot sometime after 4 a.m. Friday.
